If you’re running errands to a grocery store, or visit the immigration office for example, there is a so-called unwritten rule that you have to stand in line and wait for your turn when you need help or you are going to pay.
Either you should stand in a queue, which means that you should stand behind the people that are already in the line, and then you just wait for your turn. Or there is a machine where you take a queue ticket and then wait for your number to be called out. Here you definitely need to have patience.
